I hold space for others navigating trauma and grief through connection, authenticity, and slowness. I believe healing requires safety and patience—the freedom to feel whatever is present, whether that is sadness, anger, confusion, or uncertainty.
My approach helps clients develop new ways of relating to their emotions, especially when they have learned to minimize their needs or view certain feelings as unsafe or unworthy. Together, we build tools for navigating life while reconnecting with strengths and a sense of self that may have been overshadowed by past experiences.
My own experiences with caregiving, grief, and a late ADHD diagnosis have deepened my compassion and understanding of how our experiences shape the way we see ourselves. Caring for a woman as she transitioned from life to death profoundly changed my understanding of grief and connection. I came to recognize grief as an expression of love and learned that healing does not mean letting go, but finding meaningful ways to carry that love forward.
These experiences, along with my own journey of understanding patterns around self-worth, responsibility, and agency, inform my trauma work. I am passionate about helping clients reclaim their voices, emotions, needs, and sense of self with greater compassion and self-trust.
