The struggle is real. Our current world is stressful. Anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, distractibility, irritability… the list goes on. These feelings and experiences create real challenges for you, me, our neighbors, and our communities. Whether it’s your partner, children, friends, work, or family, it feels like everyone continues to take more from you. You keep giving because you care deeply for others, but how much do you have to give? How long can you keep giving? Putting yourself first feels selfish, yet you know you will drown if this continues. You do your best to take care of yourself. Trying to eat right and exercise when possible. Doing everything you can to be healthy. But you still can’t get past certain emotional hurdles. Things don’t have to be this way. There is a way forward. You have an innate strength inside you. Therapy can help you recognize and harness it. This is where we come in.
Feel more energy, be more in control of your life, have a more authentic connection to others, be organized, motivated, and most importantly, fully integrated as an individual and a part of your world. This happens as we explore all the parts of you and your world – your daily routine and habits, your career, relationships, and more. We will move toward your wellness from an approach that encompasses your essence because we do not exist in a vacuum, nor do our challenges. We are parts of larger systems, and our wellness depends on many aspects of those systems. This is how we create sustainable, long-term mental, physical, and spiritual health.
We are a collective of health practitioners and friends seeking to guide you on your wellness journey.
We’re not here to tell you what to do with your body or how to handle your mental health. We’re here to offer guidance and clarity through various wellness counseling services. Through our journeys, we’ve witnessed what a difference alternative wellness can make in our mental health, emotional well-being, and physical bodies. It’s our goal to give you the tools for self-care that can translate into making your dreams happen, whatever they may be.
