I’m a trauma-processing therapist who works with adults (18–75)—women, men, and other identities in between. I work with PTSD and C-PTSD, relational and sexual trauma, domestic and intimate partner violence, difficult life transitions, neurodivergence, multicultural and LGBTQ+ experiences, and the ways our relationships, culture, and systems can shape who we believe we’re supposed to be.

I practice Deconstruction and Liberation Therapy, which is about dismantling the self we built for survival and creating space to discover who we actually are underneath it. I’m especially interested in the ways we’re taught to suppress parts of our emotional range—whether that means women needing permission to hold power and feel anger, men needing permission to feel sadness, tenderness, and vulnerability, or people navigating the very different emotional rules created by race, gender, sexuality, disability, culture, and other identities.

My approach is warm, direct, curious, and occasionally irreverent. I want to understand the patterns underneath what’s happening—not just hand you another coping skill and send you on your way. I use talk therapy alongside Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS), because sometimes talking alone doesn’t cut it, especially with trauma. I also offer longer intensives and psychedelic-assisted therapy integration. My approach is feminist and decolonization-informed, meaning I pay attention to both what happened to you and the larger messages and systems that shaped how you learned to survive.

Ultimately, I want to help you figure out which parts of you were built for survival, which parts you’ve had to exile, and who you actually are underneath all of it—and create a place where you can finally take off the armor.
