Ascent Psychology is a clinician-owned group practice in Medford, New Jersey, providing personalized, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our team includes psychologists and licensed therapists with a wide range of specialties, backgrounds, and therapeutic approaches.

Our clinicians support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, identity development, parenting challenges, emotional regulation, and behavioral concerns. We also offer specialized services, including psychological and ADHD evaluations.

We believe great therapy begins with the right relationship. That’s why we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll help connect you with a clinician whose experience, approach, personality, and availability may be a good fit.

And because Ascent is a group practice, you have options. If one clinician isn’t the right fit because of specialty, scheduling, availability, or personal preference, we can often connect you with another member of our team.

We offer both in-person appointments at our Medford office and telehealth throughout New Jersey, with daytime and evening availability depending on the clinician. We participate with several major insurance plans, including Aetna and Optum depending on the provider and plan, and also offer self-pay and out-of-network options.
